Open D Minor Chord
The D minor chord on guitar has a lot of high end notes (treble) as when playing the chord you skip the top two strings. This means when you play it your first note is on the D string. What you can do with it is awesome – try hitting it with an upstroke when strumming to really push the high strings. This chord also sits in the key of C/ Am so you can pair it with the A minor chord and the E minor chord. You can pick up those lessons at https://7minutemusic.com/rhythm/level-1/open-a-minor-chord/ and https://7minutemusic.com/rhythm/level-1/open-e-minor-chord/. To use the D minor chord try the upstroke mentioned above, picking the notes individually, and an Am, Em, Dm progression.
